1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all students, parents/guardians, visitors, and any person interacting with our school and its online presence.

2. About the Institution

KidsValley Academy is a SEBA-affiliated educational institution (FRC No: KJGZS1DF) located at Kuaripukhuri, Dalgaon Block, District Darrang, Assam. We provide bilingual education (English and Assamese medium) from Nursery to Class 10. The school operates under applicable state education laws and SEBA regulations.

3. Admission & Enrolment

• Admission is subject to availability of seats, eligibility criteria, and submission of required documents.
• The school reserves the right to accept or decline any admission application without assigning reasons.
• Information provided during admission must be accurate and complete. False information may lead to cancellation of admission.
• Admission of a student constitutes acceptance of all school rules, policies, and these terms by the parent/guardian.
• The school may revise admission criteria, age requirements, and processes at any time with appropriate notice.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fee payment is a binding obligation upon admission. Fees must be paid by the due dates specified in the fee schedule.
• Non-payment of fees may result in withholding of report cards, examination hall tickets, and other academic documents.
• The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure with at least 3 months' notice before the new academic session.
• Refund of fees is governed by the school's Fee Policy. Admission fees and registration charges are non-refundable.
• Late payment charges apply as per the published fee schedule.

5. Academic Policies

• Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations.
• Academic promotions are based on internal assessments, terminal examinations, and final examinations as per SEBA guidelines.
• The school follows the curriculum prescribed by SEBA for affiliated schools.
• Academic calendars, examination schedules, and results are communicated through official channels only.
• The school's decision on academic matters including promotion, detention, and awards is final.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct as detailed in the Student Handbook and Discipline Policy. Key expectations include:

• Respectful behaviour towards all staff, students, and visitors
• Compliance with uniform and grooming standards
• Prohibition of mobile phones, electronic devices, and prohibited items on campus
• Zero tolerance for bullying, violence, discrimination, and substance use
• Care and respect for school property and facilities

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion, at the discretion of the Discipline Committee and Principal.

10. Communication

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion with the school administration. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Darrang, Assam. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Continued enrolment or use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
