Our students from Class 8 and 9 secured 3 gold and 2 silver medals at the Darrang District Science Fair held at Mangaldai Town Hall. Projects on water purification and renewable energy impressed the judges.
This year's Annual Day celebration will spotlight Assamese theatre traditions including Bhaona and Ankiya Naat, performed by students from Class 6 to 10. The event is scheduled for 15th March 2025.
The school's new state-of-the-art computer laboratory with 30 workstations, high-speed internet, and smart projector was inaugurated by District Commissioner Shri Amit Baruah on 3rd January 2025.
In the December 2024 pre-board examinations, 95% of Class 10 students passed with 12 students scoring above 80% aggregate. Special remedial classes continue for remaining students.
Over 200 students participated in an environmental awareness rally through Kuaripukhuri town, distributing pamphlets on plastic-free living and tree plantation. The event was organised by the Environment Club.
The Parent-Teacher Association unanimously approved the proposal to extend the school library with a dedicated reading room and digital resource corner. Work begins in February 2025.
Brahmaputra House clinched the Inter-House Cricket Trophy after defeating Kaziranga House by 35 runs in the final. Arjun Deka of Class 9 was declared Player of the Tournament.
A workshop on digital safety and responsible internet use was conducted for parents by cybersecurity expert Mr. Rahul Goswami. Over 150 parents attended the interactive session.
