Clubs & Societies

The Science Club encourages hands-on experimentation and scientific thinking. Members conduct weekly experiments, build working models, participate in science quizzes, and prepare projects for the district science fair. The club also organises an annual Science Exhibition open to parents and the community.

Making maths fun and accessible, the Mathematics Club introduces students to puzzles, mental maths challenges, Vedic mathematics, and real-world applications of mathematical concepts. Members compete in the National Mathematics Olympiad at school and regional levels.

From sketching and watercolours to origami and clay modelling, the Art & Craft Club nurtures creativity in students of all ages. Members' works are displayed in the school corridors and featured in the annual Art Exhibition during Parent-Teacher Day.

The Drama Club hones public speaking, acting, and stagecraft skills. Members perform skits on social themes, enact stories from Assamese folklore, and produce the Annual Day stage show. Workshops cover voice modulation, body language, and script writing.

The Music Club offers training in both vocal and instrumental music, including Assamese Bihu songs, patriotic songs, and light classical music. Students learn harmonium, tabla, guitar, and flute. The club performs at all school events and cultural programmes.

Dedicated to building environmental awareness, this club organises tree-planting drives, waste-segregation campaigns, nature walks, and awareness rallies. Members maintain the school garden and monitor the campus composting programme.

The Literary Club fosters reading habits, creative writing, and public speaking. Activities include debate competitions, essay-writing contests, poetry recitation, book reviews, and publication of the school magazine 'Prakhyat'.

Introducing students to the world of programming and technology, the Coding Club teaches Scratch, Python basics, and simple robotics. Members build projects, participate in coding challenges, and showcase innovations at the annual Tech Fest.

This club explores the world through map-reading, GIS basics, travel documentaries, and field visits. Members learn about diverse cultures, climate patterns, and geographical phenomena while preparing for the National Geography Olympiad.

Beautiful handwriting is an art. This club teaches cursive writing, Assamese calligraphy, and decorative lettering. Regular practice sessions and competitions help students develop neat, legible, and expressive handwriting.
