Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)
Our PTA meets quarterly to discuss school development, student welfare, and event planning. All parents are members by default and are encouraged to attend meetings and contribute ideas.

* School uniforms are available at the school cooperative store. ID cards must be worn at all times on campus.
School Transport
Four air-conditioned school buses cover routes within a 25 km radius. All buses are GPS-tracked with a female attendant on board. Monthly transport fee: ₹800–₹1,200 depending on distance.

Lunch Programme
Mid-Day Meal
The school provides a nutritious mid-day meal to all students as part of the government MDM scheme. The menu rotates weekly and includes rice, dal, vegetables, and seasonal fruits. Special dietary needs can be communicated to the office.
Tiffin Guidelines
Parents may send home-cooked tiffin. We encourage healthy, balanced meals and discourage junk food, carbonated drinks, and excessive sweets. Labelled water bottles are mandatory. Outside food delivery services are not permitted on campus.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the school timings?
The school operates from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) and 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturdays. The gate opens at 8:00 AM.
How can I track my child's attendance?
Parents receive a monthly attendance SMS. You may also contact the class teacher or visit the school office for real-time updates.
When are Parent-Teacher meetings held?
PTMs are conducted quarterly — typically in June, September, December, and March. Special meetings can be arranged by appointment.
Is there a school bus facility?
Yes, we operate 4 bus routes covering Kuaripukhuri and surrounding areas within a 25 km radius. Monthly bus fees apply.
Can I pay fees online?
Yes, fees can be paid via UPI, net banking, or at the school office counter. Monthly receipts are issued digitally.
What is the admission process?
Admissions open in February each year. The process involves an application form, an interaction round (Class 1 onwards), and document verification. For Nursery and KG, admission is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Does the school provide lunch?
The school runs a Mid-Day Meal programme for all students. Parents may also send home-cooked tiffin. Outside food delivery is not permitted.
How do I apply for a Transfer Certificate (TC)?
Submit a written application to the Principal with 15 days' notice. All dues must be cleared before TC issuance.
